The government has decided to offer 20,000 E-bikes to students in the first phase. Students can apply from Punjab province only.
- Applicants must be over 18 years old.
- Applicants must be regular students enrolled in a Degree College/University recognized by HEC.
- Applicants must hold a valid motorcycle Learner’s Permit/Driving Licence.
- If the number of applications exceeds the allocated quotas, e-balloting will be conducted.
- Each applicant may only apply for either an E-Bike or a Petrol Bike; applying for both types of bikes simultaneously is not permitted.
- Customization of installment plans may be offered, subject to the provisions outlined in the scheme.
- Whether the registration cost is included in the bike’s price depends on the scheme.
